The visit was part of the government’s ongoing efforts to foster innovation in agriculture and address sectoral challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During his visit, Minister Kirmani was <\/a>briefed on CEMB’s ongoing research projects by the Vice Chancellor of the University of the Punjab, Prof. Dr. Khalid Mahmood, and the Director of CEMB, Prof. Dr. Moazur Rahman<\/a>. The visit emphasized the importance of research and innovation in advancing agricultural development, particularly in the field of cotton research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Minister’s engagement with researchers and his observation of cutting-edge technologies highlighted the critical role of scientific advancements in improving agricultural productivity, sustainability, and food security.
