Position: Assistant Delivery Incharge
Requirements:
- Intermediate to Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to receive hatch reports and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Proficiency in preparing delivery challans and entering delivery orders into the software system.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining delivery records and logbooks.
- Attention to detail in verifying delivery bills and updating Material Receipt Notes (MRN).
- Familiarity with diesel and Mobil oil tracking for delivery vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Receive hatch reports and sales reports to prepare for upcoming deliveries.
- Coordinate delivery schedules based on sales reports.
- Prepare delivery challans and enter delivery orders into the software system.
- Maintain logbooks for recording delivery details, including dispatch times and quantities.
- Collect delivery bills from drivers and deposit them to the accounts department after verification.
- Monitor and update the Material Receipt Note (MRN) for diesel and Mobil oil used in delivery vehicles.
