📝 How to Apply Online for Punjab Parwaz Card 2026
Step 1 – Visit the Official Portal

Step 2 – Create an Account / Login
- New users: Click Register and enter CNIC & basic details.
- Existing users: Click Login and open your dashboard.
Step 3 – Fill in Personal Information
- Name, CNIC, date of birth
- Mobile number & email
- Education and current occupation
Step 4 – Upload Required Documents
- CNIC or B-Form
- Educational certificates
- Recent passport-size photograph
Step 5 – Submit Application
Check all details carefully and click Submit. A confirmation message and
application number will be generated.
