CM Punjab Laptop Program (Phase-II): Application Portal is Live

Closing Date: February 15, 2026 • Private university students can also apply (as per portal notice).

The official portal for the CM Punjab Laptop Program (Phase-II) is now open for applications. Eligible students from public and selected private sector universities are advised to submit their applications before the deadline.

Eligibility (Quick Checklist)

  • Must have a domicile from any district of Punjab.
  • Must be enrolled in eligible programs/semesters (as listed on the portal), including:
    • 1st or 2nd semester of BS in public universities/colleges, and selected private sector universities.
    • Public Medical & Dental Colleges/Universities (1st professional – academic session 2025 onward).
    • BS Nursing in public sector nursing colleges (1st professional – academic session 2025 onward).
  • Minimum Marks:
    • Public Sector Universities/Colleges: 65%+ in Intermediate
    • Public Sector Medical & Dental: 80%+ in Intermediate
    • DVM (Public Sector): 75%+ in Intermediate
    • Public Sector Nursing: 65%+ in Intermediate
  • Student must not be a recipient of any previous laptop scheme (as per portal criteria).
