The Chief Minister announced that residents will only need to contribute 25% of the total cost, prioritizing affordability. A combination of government and commercial financing will cover the remaining 75%.

The Roshan Gharana Program not only seeks to promote energy independence but also emphasizes sustainability. With a substantial budget allocation of Rs 12.6 billion, the program will provide one-kilowatt solar systems complete with advanced solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other essential accessories. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has underscored the importance of incorporating the latest technology to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency.
