Who Can Apply?
The program is open to Pakistani nationals in the tech field, including:
- Final-year students (7th/8th semester) in 4-year BS IT, ICT, or related degrees.
- Recent graduates from HEC-recognized institutions (typically graduated 2013 or later in some references).
- Freelancers, job seekers, and working professionals looking to upskill.
Key Requirements:
- Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
- Proof of education: degree, transcript, or student ID from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Must be a permanent resident of Pakistan.
How Does It Work?
- Choose and complete an approved certification from the PSEB list (check the official portal for the full updated list).
- Pay the exam/certification fee upfront yourself.
- Successfully pass and obtain the certification.
- Apply for reimbursement through the official process get up to Rs. 70,000 back (depending on the actual cost).
Note: You pay first, then claim reimbursement after success. For expensive certifications (e.g., over Rs. 70,000), you cover the extra amount.
