Post-Biotics: Pioneering Sustainability at Dairy-Lac

A standout feature of the tour was Dairy Lac’s cutting-edge post-biotic production line, known as XPM.

This commitment to sustainable and progressive practices reflects Dairy Lac’s understanding of the vital role gut health plays in animal well-being and productivity. Witnessing this commitment firsthand, Dr. Mukhtar remarked, “Dairy Lac is at the forefront of dairy farming technology. Their unwavering focus on post-biotics and quality control is truly remarkable.”

Mr. Zain Merchant, Director of Dairy Lac, and Prof. Dr. Sajjad ur Rehman warmly received the delegation, creating a welcoming and open atmosphere for knowledge exchange. Dr. Mukarram Bashir, Production Manager, and Ch. M. Irshid Gujjar also played a crucial role in ensuring a successful visit.

Adding another layer of significance to the visit was Prof. Dr. Sajjad’s extension of a warm welcome to experts from Arid University. Discussions surrounding a dairy-related microbiome project, with a focus on evaluating Dairy Lac’s XPM technology, highlighted the collaborative spirit driving the visit. This budding partnership aims to forge a strong association for research and development within the dynamic dairy sector, paving the way for groundbreaking advancements.
