- Women’s Quota & Incentives: 30% quota reserved for women (over 30% beneficiaries are women in initial distribution). Women get a 60% subsidy on the down payment (10% more than men), and vehicles for female drivers may have a distinct color for identification.
- Financial Support (Interest-Free):
- Down payment: Typically 30% required, but government covers 15% overall.
- For men: Government covers 50% of the down payment.
- For women: Government covers 60% of the down payment.
- Government also bears all interest costs, registration, fitness tests, and token tax.
