Peshawar: The Pakistan Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zone, has circulated the revised election schedule for the session 2026-2030. According to the circular dated 08 June 2026, issued with reference to notification No. 9770-71/PVMA KP Zone Election-2026, the schedule was submitted/notified by Dr. Pervez Shah, Chairman Election Commission PVMA KP, in consultation with the Executive Working Committee of PVMA. The process will lead to the election of the next zonal cabinet, including key offices such as President, General Secretary and other office-bearers of PVMA KP Zone.

The circular carries the names of the current PVMA KP Zone office bearers on the official letterhead. These office bearers are overseeing the current organizational period while the election process for the next cabinet is underway.

The complete election process will be completed according to the following revised schedule:

Membership Registration and Voters List

The circular further states that membership registrations and renewals carried out prior to the order of status quo and after the vacation of the said status quo, that is after 14 May 2026, shall remain valid.

Membership registration and renewal continued up to 15 June 2026, while the final voters list will be displayed on 17 June 2026.

Election Commission Reference

The revised schedule has been circulated with reference to the notification submitted/notified by Dr. Pervez Shah, Chairman Election Commission PVMA KP. The circular is signed by Dr. Khisrao Kalim, General Secretary PVMA, and is dated 08 June 2026.
