With hands-on experience managing cutting-edge machinery and overseeing production lines capable of processing 1 million birds per day, he ensures adherence to strict quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Prior to Almarai, Shafaat held key roles including Production Manager at Simply Sufi Hamza Meat & Poultry Processing and Processing Plant Manager & Head of Quality Control at Al Ajban Chicken LLC in Abu Dhabi, where he managed large teams, coordinated daily operations, and implemented GMP, HACCP, and Halal compliance. Holding a BS (Hons) in Poultry Sciences and a Post-graduation in Food Safety & Control from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Shafaat combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and an unwavering commitment to food safety and operational excellence.
